1.
SERVICE: The preparation of your
application form will be carried out only when "Immigration & Visa Center, Inc." (I.V.C.) receives your completed Service Request Form and full payment
unless there is an initial processing fee.
2.
ELIGIBILITY: We recommend that
you send your payment only when you are certain of your eligibility.
3.
CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF
INFORMATION: The information in the questionnaires shall be used only and
exclusively for the preparation of your application form.
4.
ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION:
Before I.V.C. or the client send any application form/letter prepared by us to
any federal agency, the application/letter must be reviewed and approved by the
client. I.V.C. is not responsible for the accuracy of the information and the
documents sent to any federal agency.
5.
DISPATCH AND LOSS OF DOCUMENTS:
I.V.C. is not responsible for the loss of any document sent to our offices.
However, I.V.C. assume responsibility when any document is being sent to the
customer. All our dispatches are through Priority Mail USPS Service with
Delivery Confirmation to the address to which the client requests it be sent..
I.V.C. send all their correspondence via “Express Mail Service" when the client
so requests, and at an additional charge.
6.
SENDING DOCUMENTS: I.V.C. is
not responsible for the documents sent to the any federal agency, if the client
decides that it be sent at his own expense and by ordinary mail. However, if the
client asks us to provide this additional service of sending the documents to
any federal agency, our company is responsible for sending the client a copy of
the proof of sending, and to be informed of its receipt.
7.
OUR FEES AND COVERAGE OF
SERVICE: Our fees do not include the payment to any federal agency unless it
states the contrary on the Service Request Form. Our service includes
preparation of the letters, but does not include photos, translations, medical
exams or the cost of shipping outside the United States or to any federal
agency.
8.
EXPIRATION OF SERVICE: After
I.V.C. receive the signed Service Request Form, service fee and questionnaire
from the client, there is a six month period that the client is responsible to
send us all the proper documents and immigration or other federal fees or
photos. If we have not received all of the above mentioned, we will an extra
charge.
9.
CHANGE OF SERVICE: If there is
an unanticipated or unforeseen factor or major modification or event that
substantially alters the agreement of the parties herein, during this visa
status request or other immigration matter, including, but not limited to, a
change of the sponsor or a new business plan, then an additional amount is to be
negotiated by the parties hereto and shall be a modification of this agreement
and shall be paid to I.V.C. before any further services are provided. The
purpose of this clause is to prevent inequitable burdens on I.V.C. number of
hours to be worked on a case for matters or events not originally contracted
for.
10.
Reply: I..V.C. is not responsible for the reply the client receives from any federal
agency.
11.
NOTE: Please be aware that we
are in no way related to any federal agency. Likewise, we do not provide legal
consultation or representation. Our services extend only to the preparation for
your interview, preparation, translation and/or filling out the immigration
forms and and other necessary documents. The content may vary from one
individual to another, as well as accommodating last-minute changes originating
from any federal agency.
12.
As soon as I.V.C. receives the signed Service Request Form and your payment, there
is return of your money only if the client has not received all the information
about his/her case such as list of documents or forms. There is a charge of 15%
of processing fee not reimbursable.
