If you want additional services that are not included in our list of services and you need an estimate from us.

 

STEP 1: 

Please fill out the instructions sheet and send us via email or you can print out this document and send us via fax: 954 - 748-1262.    

 

STEP 2.: "Immigration & Visa Center, Inc." will give you an estimate for our service via e-mail or phone.  If you agree with the price, you have to payment options: Credit cards or Money Order/Check.

 

CREDIT CARD: You will have to enter the amount of the service that we agreed in writing.

 1.-   You have the option to pay with your credit card.

           

MONEY ORDER/ PERSONAL CHECK: You can send us your Money Order or Personal check in the amount of the service payable to "Immigration & Visa Center, Inc." . Please, fill out the following "Service Request Form and then send together with your money order or cashier’s check to:
