Preparation of application for a DV-2010 Lottery Visa through the N.V.C. (National
Visa Center)
Each year we
prepare applications for the visa lottery held to acquire permanent residence or
a green card. The processing of your request in our offices EXPIRES the of
December 1st, 2008. You may not submit a paper entry. In case your correspondence does not arrive in time at our
offices, we shall process your request for the following year. In order to
present your request for the “Visa Lottery” you must be eligible.

your spouse does have such origin, you may still participate through him/her.) |
The countries of Central
and South America including the Caribbean are the following IF THEY ARE INCLUDED
AMONG THE FOLLOWING:
The countries which are INCLUDED are the following:
Argentina,
Barbados, Belize, Bolivia, Chile, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Ecuador,
Granada, Guyana, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, San
Kitts y Netts , Santa Lucia, San Vincent y Granadina, Surinam, Trinidad y
Tobago, Uruguay y Venezuela. And others …
The countries which are NOT INCLUDED are the following:
Brazil, Canada, China (except Hong Kong), Colombia,
Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, India, Jamaica, Mexico,Pakistan,
the Philippines, Peru, Poland,
South Korea , the United Kingdom (except North Ireland) and its dependent territories
and Vietnam. Persons born in Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan are eligible.
Russians are eligible to enter.

with the US Citizenship and Immigration Service" about the
information about your immigration case. However you need to provide us information about
your immigration case. Please, fill out this questionnaire and send us immediately.

FIRST STEP:
Please, send your payment to "Immigration & Visa Center, Inc."
in the amount of $30.oo. along with your
DV form, one passport photo, and
following "Service Request Form" to I.V.C. , 10186 NW 47 Street,
Sunrise, FL 33351.
There are two
types of payments available:
1.- You have the
option to pay with your credit card. If you do not have a PayPal Account,

One family: $55.00
2.- You can also send us your Money Order or Personal checks in the
amount of $35.oo for our service payable to "Immigration & Visa Center, Inc." . Please, fill

money order or cashier’s check to:

SECOND STEP:
Upon receiving your
payment of $35.oo, DV form , one
photo passport per applicant and service request form, we will contact you immediately to process your inquiry.
