     PETITION BY US CITIZEN TO FIANCE

 

 In order to present a "Fiancé/Fiancée Petition" you must be qualified.

Who is qualified?

*  The person presenting the petition must be a U.S. citizen.

*   Both the fiancé or fiancée as well as the person making the petition, have to be unmarried or divorced or single, be adults, and have known each other for at least two years.

Considerations:

Any unmarried children under age 21 can arrive with the fiancé (e) as accompanying relatives.

 

The fiancé (e) must still apply for a green card after he/she gets married.

 

If the fiancé (e) fail to get married, within the 90-day period, he/she must leave United States.

1.-   You have the option to pay with your credit card. Initial payment of $200.00 and the balance of $250.00 before we send you the immigration application forms properly filled out and the required documentation.

2.-  You can also send us your Money Order or Personal checks in the amount of $200.oo* to initiate the service payable to "Immigration & Visa Center, Inc." . There is a balance of $250.00* to be paid before the submission of the documentation to the Immigration Service. Please, fill out the following "Service Request Form and then send together with your money order or cashier’s check your payment to:

SECOND STEP:

Upon receiving your payment of $200.00 we will contact you immediately to initiate the process of your applications with the US Citizenship and Immigration Service.
