Application to Extend Tourist or Business Visa (B2/B1)

    Case of Tourist/Business Visa : Are you a foreigner who entered the United States with a US visa : tourist visa

     or visitor visa and/or business visa (Visa B-1 or B-2) and have a valid reason which requires you to stay

     beyond the time indicated on your I-94 or arrival card?

    1.- An original/copy of your I-94 or arrival card given to you by an immigration official. In case you do not
