The immigration laws
of the United States permit the immigration of "immediate relatives" to
the U.S.
citizens . Immigrants are divided into categories based on a
preference system.
The immediate relatives of U.S. citizens, which includes
parents, spouses and unmarried children under the
age of 21. They do not have to wait for an immigrant visa number to become available once
the application filed
for them is approved by the INS.
A legal immigrant is a foreign national who has been granted the privilege of
living and working
permanently in the United States. There is process for your parents to become a
legal immigrants:
If your parents are outside the United States, your parents
will be notified to go to the local
U.S. Consulate to
complete the processing for an immigrant visa.
HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

proper documentation to the "US Citizenship and Immigration Service".
We will
inform you
what documents you need to bring with you the date of the interview at the
American Embassy located
within the country where your parents are currently residing.

$300.oo before we send you the
immigration application forms properly filled out and the required

Money Order or Personal checks in the amount of $300.oo
to initiate the

payable to "Immigration & Visa Center, Inc." . There is a balance
of $300.oo to be paid before we
send you the application forms
filled out and the required documentation. Please, fill

Upon receiving your initial payment of $300.oo we will contact you immediately to
