to initiate the service payable to "Immigration & Passport Service" .
There is a balance of $200.oo to be paid before we send you the application
forms filled out and required documentation. Please,

your money order or cashier’s check to:

SECOND STEP: Upon receiving your
initial payment
of $210.oo we will contact you immediately to initiate the process of your
